Who We Are
The California Agave Council is a non-profit trade association of California agave growers and Processors established in early 2022. Our goal is to support the emerging California agave industry through marketing, research, legislation, and partnerships.
Join us at the Monterey Tequila Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel & Spa in Monterey, CA, for an unforgettable celebration of tequila, mezcal, food, music, and culture. We have attended this event in past years, and several of our distillers have been in attendance and poured and they’re big supporters of CA Agave Spirits.
