We’re headed to San Antonio, Texas to exhibit at the American Distillers Institute Annual Craft Spirits Conference! We’re excited to connect with distillers and industry partners interested in learning more about California Agave, sharing equipment or services that could benefit our members, and inviting everyone to our 2026 Symposium. If you’re attending, come say hello—we’ll be near the Judging Competition Stage with the other Associations.
The work we do to grow this industry requires funding from our members. Supporting the Council offers a chance to better understand the impact of location on the growth of the plant, which can be a source of fiber and alternative sweetener as well as the distilled spirits it can produce.
